Tsvi is CTO Asset Management at Deutsche Bank at NYC. He has over 20 years experience in financial markets including capital markets, retail and commercial banking, brokerage and insurance. Prior to joining DB, Tsvi was the CIO of AOL Time Warner Music and led the groups’ efforts to convert into an on-line, digital leader of content and commerce. Prior to joining AOLTW, Tsvi was president of E*AT&T & ATT.COM, an AT&T company responsible for the company e-business and e-commerce strategies and deployment and the “E*Enablement” of AT&T itself. Tsvi served on the “Operations Group” – AT&T’s management committee and was a key contributor in shaping the business strategy for the corporation.
Tsvi has broad and deep experience in managing and leading business and technology organizations with over 20 years in the financial sector where he has built and run IT and business organizations, serving in various capacities such as President On-Line bank, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer and senior technology leader at Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo & Company
Tsvi built the first electronic banking solution over the Internet and has experience in electronic trading, commerce, trading, payment and presentation. He is the recipient of the Einstein Award for Excellence in Science and Technology.
Tsvi serves on the boards of directors of several public and private companies, and on the Stanford University board of advisors. He wrote two books and numerous articles and has been a popular speaker in Industry conferences and think tanks. Tsvi served on the president’s think tank on Internet as well as on the “G7” global economy leaders.
Tsvi holds a master’s degree with high honors from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University. He is teaching MBA at Seton Hall University where he is resident expert.
